<正>脑缺血损伤后炎症反应可以影响脑组织,并且免疫系统细胞的中性粒细胞和巨噬细胞通常被神经病理学家和法医病理学家用于判断脑血管病变的大体时间。虽然炎症通常被认为是机体免疫系统对组织损伤的应答反应,但研究表明对脑血管疾病的病理生理学而言,炎症是一个关键的促进因素〔1〕。现就其相关因素进行综述。1免疫系统的细胞类型脑缺血损伤涉及脊椎动物免疫系统的两个主要分支:先天性免疫系统与适应性免疫系统,先天性免疫系统是种系编码并
