人血清高密度脂蛋白亚类免疫印迹检测法

摘要：

为了检测血清高密度脂蛋白各亚类，采用琼脂糖及梯度聚丙烯酰胺凝胶双向电泳、免疫印迹试验和斑点扫描分析建立了血清高密度脂蛋白亚类的检测方法。高密度脂蛋白各亚类含量重复性试验的板间变异系数为４．９％～１１．１％，正常人血清测得的高密度脂蛋白２ｂ、２ａ、３ａ、３ｂ、３ｃ亚类含量分别为３０．８４％ ±６．９５％、２１．６０％ ±３．８８％、２０．２８％ ±３．６９％、１３．５４％ ±２．０３％及７．０５％ ±１．７５％，前β１高密度脂蛋白和前β２高密度脂蛋白含量分别为６．６７％ ±１．２２％及４．５２％ ±１．１２％。结果表明所建立的方法可直接以血清为样品，同时准确检测α及前β高密度脂蛋白各亚类的组成及含量。
