新经济时代需要新企业激励理论——国外研究最新进展

摘要
激励理论是现代企业理论的核心内容。全球金融危机爆发以来,早期激励理论以"经济人"假设为基础、以金钱为控制手段的对抗性博弈思路暴露出许多问题,而新经济时代的社会环境、产业竞争、组织和员工特点等使劳资双方趋向于形成利益共生型合作关系,要求革新企业激励理论。国外最新研究成果对此进行了回应,通过对激励理论微观基础的修正,对激励方式的选择和激励因素的拓展,对企业激励效果的反思,表现出以社会需求为中心、以合作博弈为视角的企业激励理论研究新动向。
