COPD患者社会支持与生活质量的研究

摘要：

目的：评估慢性阻塞性肺部疾病（ＣＯＰＤ）患者的社会支持和生活质量、并分析该组患者的社会支持和生活质量的关系，以指导临床实践，提高患者生活质量。方法：采用会谈方法，应用个人资源量表（ＰＲＱ—８５）以及改良的生活质量指数量表（ＭＱＩＬ），对７３例门诊ＣＯＰＤ患者进行调查。结果：大部分患者的社会支持和生活质量均处于中等水平；社会支持和生活质量的总均分、躯体健康因子分、心理健康因子分、社会方面因子分以及对待诊断和治疗因子分的相关性均有统计学意义（Ｐ值均＜０．０５）。结论：ＣＯＰＤ患者的社会支持是影响生活质量的重要因素，提高患者的社会支持，将会改善其生活质量。
