摘要：

在提出管理创新过程效力并揭示知识活动与管理创新过程内在关联的基础上,得出通过提高知识管理水平能够提升管理创新过程效力的结论。引进知识治理这一新理念和方法,从组织更高层面建立基于知识治理的提升管理创新过程效力的模型和不同创新阶段的知识治理机制匹配表。
