摘要：

目的探讨每日酒精摄入量与血压的关系。方法应用青岛港健康研究的基线数据,以2000年青岛港全体在职和退休职工,且年龄在18～54岁者为调查对象,并按日酒精摄入量0、<5gd/、5gd/～、10gd/～、20gd/～、40gd/～、≥60gd/分为7组,采用统一问卷进行调查。酒精摄入量依据饮酒种类折合计算获得。其他指标均按《心血管病流行病学调查手册》规定获得。结果按性别年龄分层后,单因素分析和协方差调整后结果显示,除18岁～组外,当各年龄组酒精摄入量≥20gd/,随着洒精摄入量的增加,SBP和DBP均有升高的趋势,差别有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。多元Logistic回归调整后显示,酒精摄入量≥20gd/组及其以后各组患高血压病危险性增加。结论酒精摄入量≥20gd/是高血压的独立危险因素。
