摘要：

产业知识基础在国内是一个较新的名词,它影响企业创新过程和本质,进而对区域创新体系的构建产生影响。但国内鲜有关于产业知识基础的研究,国外关于产业知识基础与区域创新体系构建的研究也不很系统。因此,对产业知识基础与区域创新体系构建的研究进行述评,重点分析产业知识基础的产生及其内涵,产业知识基础与区域创新体系构建的相关研究,并归纳出两种相关研究的演化路径,指出以往研究的不足和未来的研究框架,期望能够为相关理论研究者提供借鉴。
