摘要：

本文系统地回顾了近年来国外收入分配研究越来越关注的机会不平等问题。理论上说,收入差异的机会不平等研究是以"内涵-政策-测度"为逻辑发展的:以因素划分为基础的机会平等内涵讨论是机会平等政策所需补偿原则和回报原则的理论基础,而当前最重要的四种机会不平等程度测度方法是这些内涵和原则在实证方法中的运用。实证方面,本文通过对调查和实验结果的总结发现,机会公平认知判断和机会不平等测度在不同国家得到了各种不同的结果,并根据环境的不同具有适用性的差异。这些研究对于中国收入分配的研究和政策设计具有非常重要的借鉴意义。
