制造企业资源依赖与供应链权力的关系研究——以长三角地区制造企业为例

摘要：

基于资源依赖理论研究供应链权力与资源依赖的关系,以及供应链权力实施对于供应链合作绩效的影响,希望从资源依赖角度建立一个框架,来解释供应链关系中不同权力的表现形式,以期为提高企业的供应链合作水平和积极应对供应链权力提供战略参考。通过对长三角地区制造企业的调查研究发现,对不同资源的依赖,会影响供应链成员选择实施不同的供应链权力;在现阶段,供应链权力的实施对供应链合作并没有负面影响。
