摘要：

知识链组织之间的知识协同是一个知识流动的过程,其协同效应来源于知识协同的规模经济效应、范围经济效应与学习经济效应。知识链组织通过协同识别机制,寻找到合适的企业组织,建立合作伙伴关系。在知识协同过程中,组织之间通过知识共享、知识转移与组织学习等互动过程而实现知识创造的目的。
