摘要：

依据企业转型的不同类型,分析转型企业知识转移过程和影响因素,建立转型企业知识转移概念模式,运用系统动力学的方法建立转型企业知识转移模型,并运用vensim来仿真验证。仿真结果表明:转型企业的初始知识存量对知识转移阈值的早期影响显著;在同样的时间周期内,外生性转型企业的知识转移量大于内生性转型企业的知识转移量。
