摘要：

借鉴医学免疫理论,构建了组织免疫系统分析框架,探讨企业组织如何构建免疫系统以及免疫系统如何发挥作用的机制。对大亚湾核电站的案例研究揭示,认知、防御和记忆功能是组织免疫系统的关键要素,任何一个要素的缺失或失灵都会破坏免疫系统的正常应答。组织免疫系统的建立对于避免复杂系统的失败是非常重要的。
