缺血性卒中静脉内溶栓治疗后症状性脑出血危险因素的研究进展

摘要：

<正>急性缺血性卒中(acute ischemic stroke,AIS)后出血转化为自然病程中严重影响预后的并发症。在目前公认的时间窗内,采用静脉内重组组织型纤溶酶原激活剂(rt-PA)或阿替普酶溶栓治疗可显著降低病死率、改善AIS患者的转归,但会增加出血转化,尤其是症状性脑出血(symptomatic intracranial hemorrhage,s ICH)[1-2]。s ICH是导致静脉内溶栓治
