摘要：

考察了新技术企业如何利用技术专利来影响外部资源持有者的投资决策,并探索了新技术企业质量的不确定性对该决策过程的调节效应。研究发现:新技术企业拥有的发明专利数量越多,越容易整合到外部资源;但是,随着资源持有者对新技术企业内在质量的感知不确定性的降低,发明专利对新企业资源整合效果的影响不再显著。
