摘要：

开放式创新环境下,吸收能力已成为影响企业技术创新活动的关键变量,但是这种作用的具体来源仍未得到充分探讨。以广东161家创新型企业为研究对象,通过分层回归分析方法实证检验基于吸收能力的三种组织学习过程及其互补性对企业技术创新的影响。结果表明,基于吸收能力的探索式和利用式学习正向影响企业的渐进性创新和突破性创新,而转换式学习只能通过与其它两种组织学习的互补效应发挥积极促进作用。
