心力衰竭患者血浆脑钠肽水平变化及意义

摘要：

目的观察心力衰竭(以下简称心衰)患者血浆脑钠肽(BNP)水平变化,并探讨其意义。方法心衰患者66例(心衰组),按心功能分级分为Ⅱ级19例,Ⅲ级20例,Ⅳ级27例;按类型分为扩张型心肌病21例,围生期心肌病25例,酒精性心肌病20例。另选同期30例健康体检者作为对照(正常组),采用ELISA法检测两组血浆BNP水平。结果心衰组、正常组血浆BNP水平分别为(9.61±0.83)、(7.82±0.11)ng/mL,两组比较P<0.01;心衰组心功能Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级者血浆BNP水平分别为(9.29±0.98)、(9.87±0.69)(9.89±0.53)ng/mL,Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级分别与Ⅱ级比较P均<0.01;心衰组扩张型心肌病、围生期心肌病、酒精性心肌病者血浆BNP水平分别为(8.83±0.76)、(9.98±0.52)、(9.31±0.62)ng/mL,两两比较P<0.05或<0.01。结论心衰患者血浆BNP水平升高,且不同心功能分级、类型者血浆BNP水平亦不同;血浆BNP水平能反映患者的病情严重程度。
