摘要：

通用报告（ＧＥＮＥＲＡＬＰＵＲＰＯＳＥＲＥＰＯＲＴＩＮＧ，ＧＰＲ）本质上是一种大批量生产型（ＭＡＳＳＰＲＯＤＵＣＴＩＯＮ）的报告模式，即大量生产一种标准产品。由于不能总是满足使用者的信息需求，通用报告模式一直受到批评。本文将因特网和其他信息技术作为已知，重点对公司财务报告进行研究；探讨大规模“量体裁衣”法（ＭＡＳＳＣＵＳＴＯＭＩＳＡＴＩＯＮ）是否能更好地满足使用者的信息需求。应用在公司财务报告中，大规模“量体裁衣”法是指按使用者的需求来提供财务信息，故又称为大规模按需报告模式。这一模式旨在通过提供按需编制的报告来满足不同使用者多样化的信息需求。做到这一点，公司报告系统必须具有充分的灵活性，并允许报告单位与使用者之间相互沟通。
