摘要：

This paper attempts to construct an analysis model on inner integration of village. The author suggests that the inner integration of village consists of three main aspects: institution integration, economic integration and cultural integration. Based on field research on villages of south Jiangsu province, this paper analyses these villages’ inner integration by describing the configuration of power and elite structure. It discusses that the decollective reform of village’s collective works has radically changed the local power structure and inner integration of village. The paper also analyses the development of the inner integration of such villages.
