降低血浆同型半胱氨酸与脑卒中预防

摘要
脑血管疾病是我国居民首位死因,并呈现逐年上升趋势。高血压和高同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)是我国脑卒中高发的主要原因。循证医学证据表明,适量补充叶酸能够降低血浆同型半胱氨酸水平,预防脑卒中以及心脑血管复合终点事件发生风险。
