摘要：

血管再通恢复有效灌注是急性缺血性卒中(AIS)的治疗关键。基于AIS早期血管再通挽救缺血半暗带,从而改善患者神经功能预后的理念,近二十年来神经病学家致力于血管内治疗的探索,本文综合几项试验结果,对AIS血管内治疗的进展进行综述。
