微创治疗与药物治疗高血压脑出血的临床分析

摘要
目的比较颅内血肿微创清除技术与内科保守治疗高血压脑出血的临床疗效。方法收集高血压性脑出血患者75例,根据治疗方式不同随机分为药物治疗组38例及微创治疗组37例,其中微创治疗组在标准药物治疗的基础上,接受微创治疗,即采用最小侵入操作清除血肿。采用国立卫生研究院(NIHSS)评分对两组患者治疗前后3、6周的神经功能缺损及自理能力恢复情况评分,应用平均微小各向异性值(fractional anisotropy,FA)评估弥散张量成像(DTI)术前和术后2周的变化。结果微创治疗组与药物治疗组患者,在治疗前神经功能缺损差异无统计学意义,在治疗后微创治疗组神经功能缺损程度及肌力恢复明显,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微创血肿清除术是治疗高血压脑出血的有效方法。
