创新型团队知识网络与成员创造力——基于阿里巴巴技术团队的分析

摘要
创新型团队中的动态知识网络可以关联团队成员的异质性专长,提高员工创造力,对团队的知识活动至关重要。以阿里巴巴诚信安全技术开发团队为案例分析对象,识别了创新型团队中知识网络的3个特征,即准确性、互惠性和多重性,并探索了它们与团队成员创造力之间的关系。最后,通过关注多样化的知识互动形式,提出知识异质性的一种动态观点,拓展了其传统意义上的理解,并总结实践意义和未来研究方向。
