知识产权保护的经济效果——基于开放经济体国家的面板数据

摘要：

加强知识产权保护能够激励R&D投入,而R&D投入能够增加技术知识存量。引入技术知识存量作为技术创新的代理变量,利用15个OECD成员国1980～2003年间的面板数据,采用固定效应回归模型,检验了开放经济体国家知识产权保护的经济效果。研究结果表明,在开放经济体国家,加强知识产权保护能够促进经济增长,且技术知识存量越大,加大知识产权保护力度对经济增长的促进作用越显著。
