摘要：

提前期是供应链管理中的一个重要参数。它对于基于时间段的供应链的计划开始时间和计划数量、库存控制策略、批量等都有直接的影响。分析了在供应链管理中提前期对采购件、制造件的影响因素,提出了缩短提前期的思路。
