考虑变质商品的供应链网络设计可靠性模型(英文)

摘要
对古典供应链网络设计问题进行扩展,引入候选设施的失效概念,研究了变质商品的供应链网络设计问题.首先,在分析变质商品特征的基础上引入候选设施的失效概率定义了变质商品供应链网络设计可靠性,给出了变质商品供应链网络设计的0-1整数规划模型,模型的目标函数是最小化运营成本和期望失效成本的权重和.接着,分析了变质商品供应链网络设计模型,并运用遗传算法对问题进行求解,给出了运营成本和期望失效成本的权衡曲线.实例证明,运营成本的微小增加能获得网络设计可靠性的明显改进.
