密度制约模型中的合法化:公司以及地域异质性在海外扩张中的调节作用

摘要：

为了更好地研究合法化(legitimation)过程,我们定义了一个以合法化过程为主的生态位(niche)。我们发现,种群密度(population density)和进入新市场可能性之间的关系受公司、地域等因素影响。通过综合新学院派(neo-institutional theory)和种群生态理论(population ecology),本论文阐释了合法化进程如何影响重大的战略决策,比如公司在海外扩张中的地区选择。日本公司在19922001年海外扩张中的地区选择数据将支持本文的结论。
