摘要：

由美国次贷危机引发的全球金融危机是自上世纪的经济大萧条以后世界范围内发生的规模最大、影响最深远的金融危机。国外学者从不同角度对金融危机进行了研究,但短时间内在一些问题上还难以形成共识。本文综述了国外学者近期有关金融危机的最新研究成果,其中包括金融危机的触发器、发生机制与传导机制、金融危机的深层次原因、历史特征和影响、政府救市措施等几方面,并对这些研究进行了简要的评述。
