脑钠肽水平与非ST段抬高ACS危险分层关系的临床研究

摘要
目的观察非ST段抬高的急性冠脉综合征(NSTEACS)不同危险分层患者外周血清脑钠肽(BNP)浓度的变化。方法NSTEACS患者58例,按ACC/AHA指南危险分层原则分为低危(20例)、中危(17例)、高危(21例)3组,均测定入院时血清中BNP水平,进行组间对比分析。结果NSTEACS患者高危组BNP浓度41.66±15.60 pg/ml,中危组32.69±12.19 pg/m1,低危组18.79±7.20 pg/ml,两组间差异有显著意义,P<0.05。结论血清BNP水平增高对NSTEACS患者的临床危险分层、制定治疗干预策略可能有一定临床参考价值。
