摘要：

本文探讨甲状腺手术中引起喉上神经(SLN)损伤的相关因素及其预防措施。结果表明,甲状腺手术中SLN损伤的发生,与甲状腺疾病的性质、甲状腺手术术式的选择明显相关,与术中是否常规显露SLN无明显关系。预防术中SLN的损伤,要求手术者熟悉SLN的解剖及其变异,同时应术前充分准备,术中细致操作。
