摘要：

32家中国区域性中小商业银行的样本数据表明,股权结构集中度、外部大股东持股比例和董事会独立性对银行高管薪酬产生了显著的影响,而董事会与监事会规模、银行绩效与成长性都没有对高管薪酬产生影响。
