摘要：

资源拼凑理论在创业研究领域的拓展应用已经发展成为一种新的理论分析范式,该理论有助于系统解释创业者在资源紧缺的创业情境下,如何利用手头现有、零散和看似没有什么价值的资源来开发新的创业机会和支持创业成长。本文在系统回顾和述评基于资源基础观和资源拼凑理论的创业研究文献的基础上,通过整合现有相关研究结论,揭示了资源拼凑理论视角下的资源价值实现机理,最后指出了未来相关研究的可能发展方向,以供后续基于资源拼凑理论的创业研究参考。
