摘要：

组织间信任是影响战略联盟建立和有效运作的重要因素,如何与联盟合作伙伴建立信任关系已经受到企业界的普遍关注。本文回顾了组织间信任理论研究兴起的历史背景,归纳总结了组织间信任的内涵,重点对组织间信任与联盟绩效的关系、建立组织间信任的途径等层面的研究进展进行了评析,并对组织间信任理论的未来研究方向给出了简要说明。
