摘要：
This paper tries to measure the Spatial Consumer Price Index (SCPI) for 31 provinces (municipalities or cities) of China, and make a comparison of the real income of urban inhabitants between various regions,based on the SCPI.The study shows that the consumer price levels between the regions are very different,and the regional gaps of the real income for urban inhabitants would be smaller than the nominal ones.
