摘要：

高技术产业发展的动力在于企业的研发能力,而从西方发达国家研发的情况来看,其演进具有一定的规律性。通过对研发发展过程的回顾,着重分析了研发六个阶段的发展形式,概括了其主要的管理特点;研究了研发演进过程对我国高技术产业的影响,并提出了针对我国高技术产业目前失衡状况的几点对策。
