职业资格认证能提高就业者的工资收入吗?——对职业资格认证收入效应的实证分析

摘要
职业资格认证制度对一国的劳动力市场和产品市场有着深远的影响,本文着眼于职业认证的收入效应,对我国职业资格认证制度进行了探索性研究。在回顾了我国职业资格制度的沿革和现状、综述了相关文献后,本文构建了中国情境下的职业资格认证收入效应的理论框架。在其基础上,建立了以Mincer模型为基础的职业认证收入效应模型。采用个体层面的大样本调查数据,我们发现:(1)在控制了人力资本变量后,持有职业资格证书的从业者比无职业资格证书的从业者平均收入高出17.6%,在引入工具变量后,仍能观察到9.3%的收入增量。由此证实职业资格认证确实可以提高劳动者的收入。(2)劳动者获得的职业资格证书的等级、类别和数量对收入也存在显著影响。
