摘要：

目的　研究妊娠高血压综合征 (妊高征 )致病相关基因 ,探讨妊高征的发病机理。方法采用基于聚合酶链反应 (PCR)基础上的改良消减杂交技术 ,克隆妊高征患者及正常产妇的胎盘组织中差异表达的cDNA ,并进行DNA的序列测定。结果　从 86个消减杂交获得的cDNA克隆中 ,确定、筛选出 14个含有妊高症患者及正常产妇胎盘组织差异表达的cDNA ,即为可能与妊高征发病相关的基因片段。经与美国国立卫生研究院国家生物技术信息中心的表达序列标签数据库 (dbEST)比较 ,发现其中 11个为已知序列片段 ,3个为未知序列片段。将 3个未知序列片段登录美国国立卫生研究院基因库 ,登录号分别为AF2 32 2 16、AF2 32 2 17、AF2 336 48。结论　采用消减杂交技术从妊高征患者胎盘组织中克隆出 14个可能与妊高征发病相关的基因片段 ,为妊高征发病机理的研究提供了新的思路和方法
