急性冠脉综合症患者hs-CRP及BNP水平变化的临床意义

摘要
目的探讨急性冠脉综合症患者血浆中的高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及脑钠肽(BNP)水平变化及其临床意义。方法选取健康体检者28例,稳定性心绞痛31例,急性冠脉综合症患者93例,其中ACS组再分为不稳定性心绞痛(UA)30例和ST段抬高性心肌梗死(STEMI)31例,非ST段抬高性心肌梗死(NSTEMI)组32例,采用酶联免疫法分别测其hs-CRP及脑钠肽浓度。结果 ACS患者血浆hs-CRP、BNP浓度明显升高,心肌梗死患者又显著高于不稳定性心绞痛患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血浆hs-CRP、BNP浓度检测可为急性冠脉综合症诊断及预后提供重要的参考价值。
