摘要：

熟悉日本近代史的人都知道,明治维新以后,日本曾产生过一批报纸阅览所和解读会之类的组织,陈列报章,由官吏和士人向普通民众进行讲解,使之了解和适应资本主义维新改革的形势。但是,对于我国清末曾出现过的规模更大、持续时间更长的阅报讲报活动,知道的人可能就不多了。
