制造业海外直接投资区位选择的决定因素探讨——以中国大陆、美国及东盟五国为例

摘要：

本文根据海外直接投资理论,利用经济部统计处2002年所编制“制造业对外投资实况调查”之原始问卷资料,分别对台商主要投资三大区域——中国大陆、东盟五国以及美国进行Logistic回归分析,以探索影响厂商对外直接投资不同区位的决定因素。概括地,为了规避台湾高昂的要素成本,厂商会选择赴中国大陆及东南亚投资;为了寻找更大的海外市场,厂商会前往美国及中国大陆投资;想要追求技术提升的厂商,美国是最佳的选择之地。
