<正>临床实践过程中,缺血-再灌注损伤事件十分常见,从介入治疗,如经皮血管介入治疗(PCI):冠状动脉支架治疗、急性冠状动脉栓塞后溶栓治疗、颅脑血管支架放置及脑血管栓塞/血栓溶栓治疗等方法,到外科手术过程中患者经历的缺血-再灌注损伤临床过程,如体外循环下完成的各种临床操作、器官移植、大器官切除、休克、心肺复苏及大血管置换手术等。上述经历缺血-再灌注损伤的事件,严重影响患
