摘要：

卒中后抑郁为卒中后最常见的心理后遗症,对神经功能康复产生不利的影响。西医对于卒中后抑郁发病机制存在三种学说——内源性抑郁、反应性抑郁和生物-心理-社会因素学说。中医认为本病为复合病,中风起于先,郁证发于后,古代文献和现代研究认为肝气郁结在本病的发病中起重要作用。
