发病前使用他汀类药物对急性缺血性脑卒中患者静脉溶栓疗效的影响

摘要：

目的探讨发病前使用他汀类药物治疗对急性缺血性脑卒中患者静脉溶栓疗效的影响。方法从2006年4月到2012年11月连续收集发病6 h内静脉溶栓治疗的181例急性缺血性脑卒中患者作为研究对象。根据发病前有无使用他汀类药物将患者分为使用他汀类药物组和未使用他汀类药物组。采用改良的Rankin量表评价神经功能恢复状况。结果 181例患者中发病前使用他汀类药物的溶栓治疗组30例,未使用他汀类药物的溶栓治疗组151例。两组在90 d内溶栓预后良好率(50.00%vs 56.95%,P=0.166)、颅内出血的发生率(26.67%vs 18.54%,P=0.309)、症状性颅内出血的发生率(16.67%vs 11.26%,P=0.408)及病死率(10.00%vs 4.64%,P=0.240)均无统计学差异。结论发病前使用他汀类药物对急性缺血性脑卒中患者静脉溶栓疗效无影响且安全。
