制度质量对丝绸之路经济带沿线国家经济增长作用——基于全球价值链视角的实证分析

摘要：

中国如何充分利用建设丝绸之路经济带战略机遇,与丝绸之路经济带沿线主要国家开展产业分工与合作,并构建由中国主导的制造业全球价值链,是一个亟待研究的课题。文章借鉴Yeats(2001)的方法,根据联合国COMTRADE数据库BEC分类法下的中间产品贸易数据,计算得到了"丝绸之路经济带"沿线38个国家的全球价值链嵌入度,并运用面板数据模型实证研究了全球价值链分工下制度质量对"丝绸之路经济带"国家经济增长的影响。研究发现:制度质量和嵌入全球价值链对"丝绸之路经济带"沿线国家的经济增长有着显著促进作用,其中关键影响因素是经济制度质量。因此,"丝绸之路经济带"沿线国家应在积极融入全球价值链国际分工体系的同时,着力完善制度质量。
