摘要
促红细胞生成素(EPO)是一种多功能细胞因子。各种脑细胞有EPO及EPO受体(EPOR)的表达,是一种新的神经保护因子,通过神经营养、抗凋亡、抗兴奋性氨基酸毒性、内源性保护、抗炎症反应等作用实现对脑损伤的保护。其胞内机制涉及到激活JAK-STAT和磷酸肌醇-3激酶(phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase,PI-3K);激活核因子κB(Nuclear Factor,NF-κB);抑制一氧化氮(Nitric oxide,NO)毒性等信号途径;EPO在临床上具有广阔的应用前景。
