摘要：

急诊介入动脉溶栓疗法在急性缺血性脑卒中的治疗中发挥重要作用,动脉溶栓疗法不仅有高的再通率和相对安全性,而且其最大优点是在一定程度上扩大了溶栓时间窗,使很多即将失去治疗时机的病人又重新获得溶栓治疗的机会。当前快速发展的影像学技术是动脉溶栓疗法发展的基础。就介入动脉溶栓治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的现状、影像学评价及其研究进展予以综述。
