共词分析法与可视化技术的结合:揭示国外知识管理研究结构

摘要：

本文在确定国外知识管理58个关键词的基础上,运用共词分析法,以SPSS软件为工具,通过因子分子、聚类分析,以可视化的方式探究了国外知识管理的研究结构,揭示了国外知识管理领域的9大研究结构,进而分析了其内涵,发现了国外知识管理研究的两大维度:信息技术与组织管理维度;三大理论基础:人工智能理论、组织行为理论、战略管理理论。
