摘要：

本文在文献梳理的基础上归纳了商业生态系统概念内涵与特征的发展演进过程,然后回顾了以往有关商业生态系统结构、健康状况评价以及内部企业角色—战略匹配的主要理论模型及其相互联系,对这些模型进行了比较分析,并在此基础上提出了一个跨层次整合模型,最后从商业生态系统发展和企业成长两个层次对未来商业生态系统研究的发展方向进行了展望。
