随着信息技术渗透到组织的方方面面,全球虚拟团队成为许多跨国公司流行的工作方式。跨组织、跨国界、跨文化的团队成员更需要一种创新的沟通方式。文章阐述了全球虚拟团队的概念、冲突表现,并提出了具体的沟通对策。
