摘要
基于教育决策的社会化、不可逆性以及非理性特征,行为教育经济学从影响教育决策的心理因素出发,以个体在决策时的行为特征为研究对象,对个体和群体做出教育决策时的动机、态度和期望等行为特征进行规律性的研究,帮助其在认知困难和复杂决策空间中优化教育决策。文章梳理行为教育经济学的发展现状,分析与教育决策相关的三个关键非认知行为因素——自我控制、自我效能和社会认同,探寻这些非认知行为如何通过塑造教育决策的内生偏好影响教育决策结果,最后预测行为教育经济学的发展趋势。
