WY14643对高血压大鼠血管内皮的保护作用

摘要
目的观察WY14643对高血压大鼠血管内皮的作用机制。方法通过将38-42周的自发性高血压大鼠SHR分离获取主动脉,水浴在10 ml的组织浴槽中。随机分为2组,SHR组9只使用蒸馏水处理作为对照,WY14643组10只使用WY14643进行干预,搜集浴槽中的液体,检测血管舒张因子的变化,检测血管组织中内皮型一氧化氮合酶(endothelial nitric oxide synthase,eNOS)的改变。结果经过WY14643处理后,与SHR组相比,WY14643组NO(23.4±3.2)μmol/L和PGI2(前列环素)(413.5±113.6)ng/L的含量明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 WY14643对高血压大鼠血管内皮具有保护作用。
